Canada India Bar Council aims at bringing synergy amongst members by uniting professionals holding common interest in sharing knowledge, experience, expertise and resources.
The Canada India Bar Council will also be influential in mentoring young professionals and students aspiring to join legal fraternity. Canada India Bar Council will be rendering necessary help and support in maintaining the multiculturalism in Canada by bringing together the diverse population and uniting the same.
The Council will strengthen Indo-Canadian and professional interest in the socio-economic and political fabric of Canada.
The objectives of the council are to promote an interchange of information and views among its members as to laws, practices and professional responsibilities relating to the practice of law; to facilitate communication among its members; to provide the opportunity to all its members to be active through its sections, committees, fora and other groupings; and to undertake such related projects as may be required and approved from time to time by the council.
